This little gem has been a staple in the community for quite some time, and it's easy to see why. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, whether you're stopping in for breakfast or lunch. I've been coming her for YEARS. Literally since I was a child. So over 30 years now. My parents grew up in the valley and we loved coming here for breakfast as a family. The food is always great and the service was always fantastic! There are new owners. We loved ray, but Lori is just as sweet! She was very attentive and friendly. Also, Garcia is amazing. We love him! He's been there since the beginning. Such a sweetheart! Ambiance is super cool. They have photos of celebrities all over the walls that have eaten at the restaurant or are regulars :) SUPER neat! Thank you to the little cafe for always being like a second home when we come to LA to visit and have a wonderful breakfast or lunch!!!

I've been going to this place since 1992,sometimes around before 94 earthquake , still the same , even better with the new owner , The portion of the food was excellent, the taste was so delicious same as before with all the ingredients, service by waitress named Lorenza was professional , I recommend to breakfast lovers

My brother in law recommended this place, right across the street from my hotel. I had lunch here and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The owner even greeted me. My memory for names is bed but I did remember Garcia. Great waiter I had a turkey club for lunch and was way more than I could eat at one sitting but turkey was good and was on gluten free bread that tasted good as well I decided to have breakfast there as well. Another waitress and she was just as friendly. She gave good advice and recommended French toast made fresh there. Bacon was crispy like I like it and egg was not overly greasy. Highly recommended. Especially if you stay at the Tarzana Inn.

Great experience at The Little Cafe! I've driven by this place for years and never stopped in. On a weekday morning, myself and my husband were the only ones there, though I have seen it get busy on weekends. The service here was super stand out! Our waitress and busser we on top of refilling our coffees and making sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the eggs florentine with cottage cheese and my husband ordered blueberry pancakes with a side of eggs. The eggs were poached to perfection and the english muffin on the bottom was yummy. It wasn't overly toasted, it was soft but held the runny egg just right. The blueberry pancakes were so good! The blueberries were aplenty and sweet and the cakes themselves were fluffy. I will definitely be back to The Little Cafe for a casual breakfast in the future. They have all your breakfast favorites on the menu, and nothing fancy. A total understated spot that I think is worth checking out!

Little cafe has always been a great go to with its traditional breakfast options. Never a long wait during non peak hours and also their lunch menu is delicious too. Ownership has changed, Cameron's hospitality is on point along with his staff. They cater to cosine orders as well that's similar to their menu. Fast, tasty, and friendly. Definitely try them out if you haven't already. Also, parking on street is always available. Way to go Little cafe!

CASH OR VENMO ONLY I sat inside with my service dog and they were super friendly! A server brought some small biscuits which my dog gladly ate. I got a Joel's Benedict with special home fries, and black coffee (free refills of course). I had 3 cups of their coffee which was quite tasty and I scarfed down the Benedict! One knock against the stars since they don't take credit (I want my points!). 1 hour street parking nearby or free street parking on Sundays! Don't park in the tiny lot because it's for the grocery store.

I've been going to the little cafe for over 18 years. It's been a long time favorite. The food is consistently great, the ambiance is cozy and comfortable, and above all the service has always been top-notch. Every one of their employees exceeds expectations on all counts. Go here for their great food, cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service. I'd recommend this place to anyone searching for a local, small, cozy cafe. I go into depth below (because I have so many things to say after 18 years) but long story short: try it out. Also bring cash or Venmo because that's all they accept! FOOD: My all time favorite (though less exciting of an order) is their veggie scramble (sometimes I choose my own veggies, other times I choose a predesigned option). I get it with egg whites, wheat toast, side salad, and an iced tea. But I've also tried their burgers, Belgian waffles, and eggs Benedict (which is cooked perfectly). I highly recommend choosing whatever your favorite brunch/lunch food is because they seem to do it all very well. SERVICE: Beyond incredible. Some of the employees have been there since I started going to The Little Cafe with my grandma long ago. The staff bussing dishes are always working hard and making sure drinks stay full and the table stays clear (better than most restaurants overall but especially better than comparable cafes). Donnie (not sure if I have the spelling right) is particularly amazing. Always running around to keep everyone attended to. Truly goes above and beyond. Penina (also not sure if I have it right) has been one of my favorite servers always ensuring my order is made right and up to her high standards. I could go on and on about individual staff here, but truly they're all incredible. I haven't met one that doesn't exceed expectations. PARKING: Can be difficult in their small lot but there's street parking on the side street nearby which always has some space. PAYMENT: Cash or Venmo
